Pork Scratchings small bag
Dont get Pork Scratchings confused with Pork Crackling. It comes from the same cut of the pig. But with scratchings, it is also cured like Jerky for 24 hours. Then slowly oven roasted for the fat to be dripped slowly from the skin to make it crunchy just like crackle on mums roast pork. Very similar taste thefilipino equivalent of Chicharon.

I do not use any preservatives or additives besides the natrural curing and dehydrating process. So please ensure the bags fly is done up and kept in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened please consume within 5 days. If you dont #whoopsiatethewholebag you can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months & perfect to eat this way on a hot summers day with a cold beverage!
